Lindsay Hairston (born December 8, 1951) is a retired professional basketball player who spent one season in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member of the Detroit Pistons during the 1975–76 season. Born in Detroit, Michigan, he was selected by the Pistons during the fourth round (64{{sup|th}} pick overall) of the 1975 NBA Draft from Michigan State University.
