The Ambassador is an officer of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the head of the Embassy of the Commonwealth of Australia to Thailand. The Ambassador resides in Bangkok.[1] The high commission's work has been assisted since 14 June 2016 by a consulate-general in Phuket.[2] List of heads of mission
