This is a list of college women's basketball coaches by number of career wins. The list includes only games at the NCAA, AIAW and NAIA[2][3] levels. Pat Summitt, who was the head coach of the Tennessee Lady Volunteers from 1974–2012, tops the list with 1,098 career wins. The highest winning percentage in the group belongs to Geno Auriemma, head coach of the Connecticut Huskies since 1985, with an {{Winning percentage|1058|138}} career winning percentage. The fastest coach to reach 600 wins is Mark Campbell, current head coach of the Division II Union Bulldogs, who reached the mark in his 691st game on January 10, 2019.
