The Minister of Defence ({{lang-nl|Minister van Defensie}}) is the head of the Ministry of Defence and a member of the Cabinet of the Netherlands. The current Minister of Defence is Ank Bijleveld of the Christian Democratic Appeal, who has been in office since 26 October 2017.[1]
