Thunder Bay is the largest city in Northwestern Ontario. In Thunder Bay, there are 14 buildings that stand taller than {{Convert|30|m|ft|0|abbr=on}}. The tallest building in the city is the 16-storey, {{convert|50|m|ft|abbr=on|adj=on|0}} Waverley Park Tower.[1] The second-tallest building in the city is Maplecrest Towers, standing at {{convert|45|m|ft|abbr=on|0}} tall with 14 storeys.

{{As of|2016|02}}, the city contains 9 highrises over {{Convert|30|m|ft|0|abbr=on}} and only 1 skyscraper that exceeds {{Convert|50|m|ft|0|abbr=on}} in height.[2]

Lakehead Iron Works

Lakehead Iron Works is a large facility in Thunder Bay. The top 6 floors of the structure are currently uninhabited, however the lower 3 are used as office space.

The building is Thunder Bay's third tallest building at 40 meters and 9 storeys.[14]
