It was run by Transilvania Media Group, a media company owned by businessman Arpad Paszkany, which also owned LookPlus. Both stations were sold in March 2014 to Intel Sky Broadcasting LTD, the company that bought the rights for the Liga I and Cupa Ligii and needed a platform to distribute the rights, and then to Clever Media Network SRL, in 2017.[1][2][3] High-definitionLookSport is available in high-definition as a separate channel, accordingly named LookSport HD.
