}}Madhuca markleeana is a tree in the family Sapotaceae. It grows up to {{convert|15|m}} tall, with a trunk diameter of up to {{convert|25|cm|0}}. The bark is chocolate brown. Inflorescences bear up to five white flowers. The fruits are green, ellipsoid, up to {{convert|7|cm|0}} long. Its habitat is lowland mixed dipterocarp forest from sea-level to {{convert|400|m}} altitude. M. markleeana is endemic to Borneo and confined to Sarawak.References
