  • Ginny Brown-Waite, then-Congresswoman for Florida's 5th Congressional district
  • Lynn Jenkins, then-Congresswoman for Kansas's 2nd Congressional district
  • Jennifer Carroll, former Lieutenant Governor of Florida
  • Denise Grimsley, Florida State Senator for 26th district
  • Kathleen Passidomo, Florida State Senator for 28th district
  • Dana Young, Florida State Senator for 18th district
  • Gayle Harrell, Florida State Representative for 83rd district
  • Faye B. Culp, former Florida State Representative for 57th district

It is named after Margaret Chase Smith, a Republican who was the first woman elected to both houses of Congress (elected to the House in 1940 and the Senate in 1948).[4] Maggie's List first raised money and made donations to candidates in the 2010 elections.[5]
