He won world championships in the 1A division on 6 August 2011. He was first sponsored by a yoyo company called "turning point" and then sponsored by another yoyo company called "Auldey". 4 years later, on 4 September 2015, he started his very first company named "Throw Revolution". Early careerMarcus Koh started playing with yoyos when he was 10 in 2003 because of TV cartoon "Super yo-yo".[1] Back then, he never knew that he had the potential of being a national title. But just 7 years later, he did. And a year after his national win, he won the world yoyo contest. Winning national titleKoh won his first national title in the 1A division in Singapore in 2010.[2]This was his first step into the professional life of yoyoing.
