Two more medals were won during the 1938 World Table Tennis Championships in the singles and in the doubles with Dora Emdin. A gold medal was finally won when she was a member of the winning team in the 1947 World Table Tennis Championships.[3] [4] She also won eight English Open titles. Tennis careerShe played at The Championships, Wimbledon listed as Mrs BW Knott from 1949 to 1952.[5] Personal lifeShe married Basil W.
