Marino Dandolo ({{lang-gr|Μαρίνος Δάνδολος}}; died before 1243) was a Venetian nobleman and first Latin ruler of the island of Andros following the Fourth Crusade.{{sfn| Miller |1908|p=108}} He was a member of the prominent Dandolo family.[1] He accompanied Marco Sanudo on the conquest of the Aegean Islands in 1207, and was awarded the island of Andros as a sub-fief.{{sfn| Miller |1908|pp=578–579}} He was expelled from his island around 1239 by Geremia Ghisi,{{sfn| Setton |1976|p=430}} and died in exile before August 1243.{{sfn| Setton |1976|p=429}} References 1. ^He was originally described as a nephew of the Venetian Doge Enrico Dandolo by Karl Hopf, on the basis of erroneous identifications with homonyms, cf. {{harvnb|Loenertz|1970|pp=402–403}}, {{harvnb|Setton|1976|p=430 (note 124)}}
