Mario Huys is a former professional triathlete from Belgium who is currently living in Austria. He is the head coach and managing director of Mario Huys Coaching. Huys holds a master's degree in sports science.[1] He is a former coach of the Oakley Transition Ironman Team[2] and founding member of Triangel Institut, Ironman Nice and Ironman 70.3 Monaco.{{citation needed|date=May 2014}}

  • Former world record holder for double Ironman 19:54[3] (two Ironman races consecutively, both under 10 hours)
