This was the first World Cup downhill win for a male skier from Liechtenstein.[1] He scored two more top ten finishes on the World Cup, both in downhill - a seventh place in Aspen, Colorado in March 1994 and a fourth in the 1995 edition of the Val Gardena downhill.[2][3] References1. ^{{cite web |url=https://www.nytimes.com/1993/12/18/sports/results-plus-862993.html |title=Results Plus |author= |date=18 December 1993 |website=NYTimes.com |accessdate=19 February 2014}} 2. ^{{cite web |url=http://www.apnewsarchive.com/1995/Ortlieb-Wins-World-Cup-Downhill/id-545cba8d1cef46329306c1ed675dd945 |title=Ortlieb Wins World Cup Downhill |last1=Valsecchi |first1=Piero |date=16 December 1995 |website=AP News Archive|accessdate=19 February 2014}} 3. ^{{cite web |url=http://data.fis-ski.com/dynamic/athlete-biography.html?sector=AL&competitorid=17870&type=result&rec_start=0&limit=100 |title=Foser Markus - Biographie |author= |website=Fédération Internationale de Ski |accessdate=19 February 2014}} External links
