Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center (MHMC) was a private for-profit hospital, located at 55 Meadowlands Parkway in Secaucus, New Jersey.[1] Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center was purchased by a new ownership group lead by Yan Moshe on 1/1/2018 and renamed Hudson Regional Hospital. HistoryEstablished in 1976 as a non-profit community hospital, it was purchased in December 2010 while near bankruptcy by MHA, LLC, owned by Richard Lipsky (a former anesthesiologist), Tamara Dunaev, Pavel Pogodin, and Anastasia Burlyuk.[2][3] On December 19, 2017 the state approved the sale of the hospital to Yan Moshe for $12.2 million. Moshe is real-estate developer who owns a surgical center in Hackensack.
