CareerEarly careerCalderón played two years of college soccer at Fairleigh Dickinson University between 2010 and 2011, before transferring to the University of New Mexico, where he played in 2012 and 2013.[1] Professional careerOn January 21, 2014 Calderón was drafted in the fourth round (64th overall) of the 2014 MLS SuperDraft by Vancouver Whitecaps FC.[2] However, he wasn't signed by the club.
