This album is the result of Sotelúm's concerns to amalgamate modern jazz with mariachi and mexican folk music from the huasteca and tapatia regions of Mexico. The music from this album is performed by Sotelúm & The Minarete Brass Orchestra, a live sub-project band specially grouped for live shows that has been described as "regional pride" by the IMAC and ICBC public institutions of culture.[2][3][4] References1. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.sotelum.com/|title=About Sotelúm|publisher=Sotelum.com|accessdate=8 November 2014}} 2. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.el-mexicano.com.mx/informacion/noticias/1/3/estatal/2011/08/23/495496/aumenta-icbc-sus-actividades|title=2011-08-23 – Aumenta ICBC sus actividades|author=David RODRÍGUEZ / EL MEXICANO|work=Periódico El Mexicano|accessdate=8 November 2014}} 3. ^{{cite web|url=http://diez4.com/revista/2011/08/files/search/searchtext.xml |accessdate=November 7, 2014 |deadurl=yes |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20141108010655/http://diez4.com/revista/2011/08/files/search/searchtext.xml |archivedate=November 8, 2014 }} 2 : 2010 debut albums|Sotelúm albums |
