The Ministry of Disaster Management and Refugee Affairs (MIDIMAR; {{lang-rw|Ministeri y'Imicungire y'Ibiza n'Impunzi}}; {{lang-fr|Ministère de la Gestion des Catastrophes et des Refugiés}}[1]) is a department of the Government of Rwanda, responsible for disaster management and refugee affairs.
