The Ministry of Higher Education and Highways ({{lang-si|උසස් අධ්‍යාපන හා මහාමාර්ග අමාත්‍යාංශය|translit=Usas Adhyāpana Hā Mahāmārga Amātyāṁśaya}}; {{lang-ta|உயர் கல்வி மற்றும் நெடுஞ்சாலைகள் அமைச்சு|translit=Uyar Kalvi Maṟṟum Neṭuñcālaikaḷ Amaiccu}}) is a cabinet ministry of the Government of Sri Lanka responsible for formulating and implementing national policy on higher education and highways and other subjects which come under its purview.[1] Broadly, this involves the maintenance, expansion, standardisation and general oversight and regulation of higher education institutions in the country, as well as the development, maintenance and management of the national highway network.[2][3]

The current Minister of Higher Education and Highways, State Minister of Higher Education and State Minister of Highways are Kabir Hashim, Mohan Lal Grero and Dilan Perera respectively.[4][5] The ministry's secretary is D. C. Dissanayake.[6]
