This contention was raised by him before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India upon which the Government was asked to notify section 30 of the Advocates Act. It took the government more than a decade to notify Section 30 of the Advocates Act.[4] Early lifeMohammad Aeltemesh was born the first of the nine children of to Mohammad Murtaza (1917-1994) and Saiyeda Khatoon (1934-2004) on 4 August 1948 at a house in Giridih Bazar, District Hazari Bagh, Bihar, India.
