Note that both sunni and Shia population belongs to same creed "syed".Almost 35 % of the residents belong to Sunni Islam in 1930s but rapidly converting to Shia Islam. There are two private colleges situated in its premises.
HistoryMoin ud din pur is a land of saints having more than 8 popular shrines and more influential in Gujrat region. Once this village was known for Leadership in social works, community building institutions and for vocational institutions. Then with passage of time the villagers could not upgrade there education leaves due to misc. reasons. The major business of public was transport system. The Nobel persons from this village used to settle the Quarrels and misunderstanding in surrounding villages as well as in city area.
