The song also appeared in the soundtrack to NBA Live 14 as well as on HBO's TV Series Hard Knocks.[4] It would later be included on the deluxe edition of Ink's studio album My Own Lane. The song has since peaked at number 70 on the German Singles Chart and at 21 on the UK R&B Chart. The song was also one of the Theme Songs for Wrestlemania 31, in which he performed the song at the event with Skylar Grey and Travis Barker. Music videoOn July 19, 2013, Kid Ink released a lyric video for "Money and the Power" via VEVO.[5][6] On September 12, 2013, Kid Ink released the Los Angeles-shot music video via VEVO.[7] Other use"Money and the Power" was one of the official theme songs of WWE's pay-per-view WrestleMania 31. Kid Ink performed the song live at the event alongside Travis Barker and Skyler Grey. Critical reception"Money and the Power" received generally positive reviews from music critics.
