Each units will include a sculpture by Heidon Xhixha.[3] The tall and narrow building was designed by Carlos Ott.[2] The building will max out the permitted height for Sunny Isles Beach at {{convert|649|ft|m}} above sea level,[4] and therefore be tied with the tallest buildings in the city.
