This constituency is located in Nanded district. The delimitation of the constituency happened in 2008.^[1]

The constituency comprises Umri taluka, Dharmabad taluka and Naigaon taluka.^[1]

Representatives

2014: Vasantrao Balwantrao Chavan represents this Assembly Constituency. He belongs to the Indian National Congress.^[2]
