He was awarded Ekushey Padak by the Government of Bangladesh in 2010 for his contribution to Bangladeshi theater.[2] CareerYousuff, along with Selim Al Deen, founded "Dhaka Theatre" in 1973 and later "Bangladesh Gram Theatre".[3][2][4] He is the organising secretary of Bangladesh Centre of International Theatre (BCITI). He served as the president and director of the Committee for Cultural Identity and Development (CIDC).[5] Works
