She is one of the very few ladies who produce films in the Telugu industry. BiographyNeelima is a successful entrepreneur, a leading film producer, a well-known social activist and is also the co-founder of Writers' Rescue Center. She comes from IT background and spent about 10 years working in the USA for multinational giants like Nokia, Sprint, AT&T and CVS pharma. After a ten-year stint in the US, she moved back to India to pursue her passion in the Movie/Entertainment Industry. She has produced Pawan Kalyan's Panjaa. Her second film Alias Janaki received the prestigious State Nandi awards – for Best Director and the coveted Best Film in National Integration category. She is also the founder of Sanghamitra Foundation. A ground level activist for social causes she is well known in the social media and works constantly to help people and the environment in her own small way.
