New Hampshire's 23rd State Senate District is one of 24 Senate districts. It is currently represented by Democrat Jon Morgan of Brentwood, who succeeded Republican Bill Gannon of Sandown in 2018. Former Governor and current U.S. Senator Maggie Hassan represented the district for three terms from 2004 until 2010, when she was defeated by Russell Prescott.
