Nga thalaut paung ({{lang-my|ငါးသလောက်ပေါင်း}}) is a freshwater hilsa fish dish from Burmese cuisine. The bony fish is cooked for hours with soy sauce, vinegar, tomatoes in lemongrass. The preparation melts the bones away.[1]
