Nicholas Robert Hissom (born 4 July 1992), known professionally as Nick Hissom, or mononymously known as Hizzy, is a British singer and songwriter from London.[1] He is an independent artist distributed by Massive Entertainment, RED Distribution, and Sony Music.[2] He released his new single "He Ain't Better" in summer 2017, which surpassed over 1 million streams on Spotify in its first month.[3] He was recently named iHeart Radio's Emerging Artist of the Week,[4] and will release his debut album in 2018. Early Life + Career Beginnings (1992-2015)Born and raised in London, England, Hissom grew up in Westminster with his parents and his younger brother, Alex. At age 7, he began re-writing the lyrics to songs he had learnt from Disney movies, and auditioning for school plays. At age 15, he left London for boarding school in Switzerland,[8] from where he graduated.
