It was described by Walter Karl Johann Roepke in 1948.[1] It is found on Sumatra.[2] The wingspan is about 37 mm. The forewings are olive brown, with two brown cross lines, as well as a short brown angled line and some indistinct dots before the termen. The hindwings are slightly lighter grey anteriorly, as well as shiny and without markings.
