HistoryNEDCO was established in 2005 as part of the government of Ghana's policy to reform the country's energy sector. The policy also gave birth to Ghana Grid Company in 2008.[1] Operational footprintThe operations of NEDCO cover over sixty percent of the total land area of Ghana. Its operations extend into the northern parts of Volta Region and Ashanti Region.
