It was described by Meyrick in 1906.[1] It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from South Australia.[2] The wingspan is about 9 mm. The forewings are white with brown markings, irrorated with blackish. There is an oblique mark from the dorsum near the base, reaching half across the wing and an oblique fascia from the dorsum beyond the middle, reaching two-thirds across the wing. There is also a spot on the tornus and a longitudinal mark in the disc above it, as well as some dark scales at the apex. The hindwings are light grey.[3] References1. ^{{LepIndex |id=127860 |accessdate=May 27, 2018}} {{Taxonbar|from=Q13904135}}{{Epermenioidea-stub}}2. ^Australian Faunal Directory 3. ^[https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/page/16124076#page/68/mode/1up Transactions of the Royal Society of South Australia 30: 33-66, p. 56] 3 : Epermeniidae|Moths described in 1906|Moths of Australia |
