The company is best known for being a major manufacturer of computer cases The name NZXT is a corruption of the word "next" in uppercase. HistoryNZXT was founded in 2004 by Johnny Hou. The company's first product was the NZXT Guardian, which was a case featuring a plastic front bezel resembling Transformers toys and lighting effects.[2] Over time, they gradually expanded to other genres of computer hardware,[3] including computer power supplies,[4] computer cooling, and streaming devices.[5][6] ProductsNZXT sells computer cases, power supplies, cooling products, and LED lighting; marketed towards PC gamers. While their products are designed in Los Angeles, the large-scale manufacturing takes place in plants in China and Taiwan.{{cn|date=October 2018}} BLDIn 2017, NZXT launched a computer building service called BLD.[7] The service asks about what games would be played on it, budget constraints, and customization options before generating a PC build.
