There were 49 households of which 26.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 49.0% were married couples living together, 10.2% had a female householder with no husband present, 10.2% had a male householder with no wife present, and 30.6% were non-families. 26.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.39 and the average family size was 2.79. The median age in the city was 40.9 years. 23.1% of residents were under the age of 18; 9.4% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 19.7% were from 25 to 44; 32.4% were from 45 to 64; and 15.4% were 65 years of age or older. There were 60 households out of which 28.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.0% were married couples living together, 5.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.3% were non-families. 23.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 6.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.62 and the average family size was 3.09. In the city, the population was spread out with 23.6% under the age of 18, 7.6% from 18 to 24, 27.4% from 25 to 44, 24.2% from 45 to 64, and 17.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 41 years. For every 100 females, there were 98.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 114.3 males.
