Mall historyFirst opened in 1975, the Orange Park mall is the largest mall on the west side of the St. Johns River in the Jacksonville area. The mall contains over 110 stores and services. The Ivey's store changed to Dillard's when Ivey's was defunct, May Cohen's changed three times, once to Maison Blanche, then to Gayfer's, then finally Belk. The mall was sold to Washington Prime Group in 2014 along with Seminole Towne Center, Paddock Mall, Melbourne Square, Edison Mall, and Boynton Beach Mall and today stands at {{convert|953000|sqft}}.
