Paraplatyptilia sahlbergi is a moth of the family Pterophoridae that is found in northern Russia (the South Siberian mountains)^[2] and China.^[3]

The wingspan is about {{convert|25|mm}}. The forewings are greyish-white and the hindwings are grey.^[4]
