The team was known as the Paris Travelers for the 1922 season. The 1924 club won the second half of the season somewhat by surprise, matching the Jackson Blue Jays towards the end of the season after three of the Jackson's victories were thrown out by the league president. On September 6, a championship game was played,[1] with the Parisians coming out victorious.
