The hibiscus-like flowers are pink with a red throat. These appear in summer and autumn.[5] The species is easily propagated by seed or cuttings.[3] References1. ^1 {{APNI | name =Pavonia hastata | id =6288|accessdate=8 January 2013 }} {{Wikispecies}}{{commons category}}{{Taxonbar|from=Q7156046}}{{Malvales-stub}}2. ^{{PLANTS|id=PAHA5|taxon=Pavonia hastata|accessdate=15 September 2015}} 3. ^1 2 {{cite web|title=Pavonia hastata|publisher=Australian Native Plants Society (Australia)|url=http://anpsa.org.au/p-has.html|accessdate=8 January 2012}} 4. ^{{GRIN | accessdate=15 April 2017}} 5. ^{{cite web |url=http://plantnet.rbgsyd.nsw.gov.au/cgi-bin/NSWfl.pl?page=nswfl&lvl=sp&name=Pavonia~hastata|title=Pavonia hastata L. |accessdate=8 January 2013 |author=|work= PlantNET - New South Wales Flora Online |publisher=Royal Botanic Gardens & Domain Trust, Sydney Australia}} 7 : Hibisceae|Flora of Argentina|Flora of Bolivia|Flora of Brazil|Flora of Paraguay|Flora of Uruguay|Flora naturalised in Australia |
