释义 |
The Periprava labor camp was a labor camp operated by the Romanian communist regime. It was located near the village of Periprava in the Danube Delta. Periprava was one of the places of detention of Romanian writer Florin Pavlovici, described by him in his memoirs. It first housed political prisoners in 1959.[1] In 2013 the former commandant of the camp, Ioan Ficior, was indicted for genocide.[2] References1. ^Mărturii din infernul de la Periprava ("Testimony from the Hell of Periprava") 2. ^IICCMER cere Parchetului începerea urmăririi penale împotriva fostului comandant al lagărului de la Periprava pentru genocid {{webarchive|url=https://web.archive.org/web/20150528071319/http://www.iiccr.ro/index.html?lang=ro§ion=presa%2Fcomunicate%2Fcomunicate_de_presa_2013%2Fiiccmer_cere_parchetului_inceperea_urmaririi_penale_impotriva_fostului_comandat_al_lagarului_de_la_periprava_pentru_genocid |date=2015-05-28 }} 4 : Socialist Republic of Romania|Human rights abuses|Buildings and structures in Tulcea County|Defunct prisons in Romania |
