The Phebe Hobson Fowler Architectural Award[1] is awarded by the American Society of Civil Engineers for an outstanding contribution to architecture. It was established in 1928 by Charles Evan Fowler in honor of his mother and has been presented infrequently. Each of the awards consisted of three prizes.
