The flowers bloom from June to July, are clustered, and are 1/2 inch wide. The leaves are hairy and spatula shaped.[2] References1. ^1 {{cite web|url=http://www.ct-botanical-society.org/galleries/hieraciumxflo.html|title=Pale Hawkweed (Smoothish Hawkweed)|publisher=Connecticut Botanical Society|accessdate=6 October 2012}} 2. ^1 {{cite web|url= http://www.oregon.gov/ODA/PLANT/WEEDS/pages/profile_yellowhawkweed.aspx|title=yellow hawkweed (hieracium floribundum)|publisher=Oregon.gov|accessdate=6 October 2012}} 3. ^1 {{cite web|url=http://www.issg.org/database/species/ecology.asp?si=1341&lang=EN|title=Hieracium floribundum (herb)|publisher= Interim profile, incomplete information|accessdate=6 October 2012}} 4. ^{{cite web|url=http://plants.usda.gov/java/profile?symbol=HIFL3|title=Hieracium ×floribundum Wimm. & Grab.
