The album's name came from a Snicker's candy bar commercial, saying hunger is, "Poking at you". The songs are characterized by their raw punk sound, catchy rhythm, and classic punk three-chord guitar style. It was the only album to include original guitarist Andy Husted.[3][4] Reception{{Album reviews| rev1 = Allmusic |rev1Score = {{Rating|3|5}}[5] }} Track listing{{Track listing| total_length = 48:19 | all_writing = Mike Herrera. | title1 = Anywhere But Here | length1 = 3:25 | title2 = Weak | length2 = 3:02 | title3 = Want Ad | length3 = 1:23 | title4 = Realize | length4 = 2:26 | title5 = Think Twice | length5 = 1:52 | title6 = Unopposed | length6 = 2:26 | title7 = Aspect, The | length7 = 2:50 | title8 = Ears to Hear | length8 = 2:49 | title9 = Bad Hair Day | length9 = 1:52 | title10 = Too Much Thinking | length10 = 3:41 | title11 = Time Brings Change | length11 = 2:25 | title12 = PxPx | length12 = 1:04 | title13 = Jars of Clay | length13 = 2:18 | title14 = High Standards | length14 = 2:21 | title15 = Another Song About T.V. | length15 = 1:40 | title16 = Twisted Words | length16 = 2:16 | title17 = Walking Bye | length17 = 1:48 | title18 = No Room | length18 = 2:01 | title19 = Jay Jay's Song | length19 = 1:55 | title20 = One Way Window | length20 = 2:00 | title21 = Dead End | length21 = 2:46 }} Personnel
