His other notable films include Meravanige (2008), Gulama (2009), Murali Meets Meera (2011), Super Shastri (2013) and Galaate (2013) and thus has established himself as one of the leading contemporary actors in Kannada cinema. Early lifePrajwal is the son of a famous Kannada actor Devaraj who is popularly called as "Dynamic Hero" in the film circles. He has a younger brother, Pranam.[4] He has a close circle of friends consisting of his college classmates from Center for management studies.
