She is the daughter of Prince Heinrich Ruzzo Reuss, a native of Switzerland and Sweden, and his wife, Princess Mette Reuss, (née Rinde), a native of Norway.[1] She is a step-daughter of pop singer Frida Lyngstad, who married her father in 1992.[2] Henriette lives in Switzerland, and is married to German businessman Jan Herud.
