词条 | Prone ventilation |
释义 |
}} Prone ventilation refers to mechanical ventilation with the patient lying face-down (prone). It improves oxygenation in most patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and improves mortality.[1] The mechanism behind this effect is uncertain. Physiologic effectsProne ventilation may improve oxygenation by redistributing pulmonary blood flow, but some research has shown that this improved oxygenation is not accompanied by a change in survival.[2][3] Application and techniques{{Empty section|date=March 2013}}Indications{{Empty section|date=March 2013}}Contraindications{{Empty section|date=March 2013}}References1. ^{{cite journal |vauthors=Sud S, Friedrich JO, Adhikari NK, etal | title=Effect of prone positioning during mechanical ventilation on mortality among patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome: a systematic review and meta-analysis |date=8 Jul 2014 | journal=CMAJ | volume=186 | issue=10 | pages=E381–90 | doi=10.1503/cmaj.140081 | pmid=24863923 | url=http://www.cmaj.ca/content/186/10/E381.long | pmc=4081236}} 2. ^NEJM 345: 568, 2001 3. ^J Trauma 59: 333, 2005; Am J Respir Crit Care Med 173: 1233, 2006 1 : Mechanical ventilation |
