The company was established in 1993 , is headquartered in the city of Togliatti . The company manufactures SUVs, armored and special vehicles for collection services, Ministry of Emergency Situations, the army under the brand name "Bronto". Since 2012, the Bronto is part of the VIS-AUTO[1] Products"Bronto" vehicles are based on: - Lada Niva: VAZ-2131 , VAZ-21214 , and
- Chevrolet Niva-2123, and VAZ-1922.
Lada Niva versions- 2 door Landole - outdoor beach buggy SUV lacking a roof and door pillars offset original power roll cage, which, if necessary, fixed light tent or mounting brackets for transportation of bulky sports equipment. Tailgate swings to horizontal loops. Produced as ordered or required.

- Lynx series - SUV's modified with set screw type limited slip differentials in the front and rear axles, increased travel front and rear suspension wheels. On Niwa-LYNX installed reinforced front springs for increased ride height and reduce the dynamic loads from impacts. Strengthened rear axle NIVA-trot to prevent bending and raised rear support of the spring on 40mm to increase ground clearance. Arches wheel NIVA-LYNX modified for motion in the enlarged passages fenders, rubber arch extensions installed.
