HistoryDuring the period of Japanese rule, {{nihongo|Shichitoku village|七堵庄}} included modern day Qidu and Nuannuan districts and was governed under {{nihongo|Kīrun District|基隆郡}} of Taihoku Prefecture. Administrative divisionsThe district consists of Zhangxing, Zhengguang, Fumin, Yongping, Yongan, Bade, Zijiang, Liudu, Taian, Dubei, Dunan, Manan, Matung, Maxi, Youyi, Youer, Zhengming, Bofu, Shijian and Zhangan Village.[2] Tourist attractions
