The QS mark (formally the Industrial Product Manufacturing License) is a Chinese quality and safety mark for food, beverages and other products. Introduced in 2003, it is managed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). The license is required for many product categories if they are both manufactured and sold in China.[2][3][4] References1. ^1 {{cite news|url=http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/china/2007-07/11/content_5432236.htm|title=China's food safety beset by challenges|last=Zhao Huanxin|date=2007-07-11|work=China Daily|accessdate=13 April 2013}} [1][2][3]2. ^1 {{cite web|url=http://www.eusmecentre.org.cn/taxonomy/term/174|title=QS mark|publisher=EU SME Centre|accessdate=13 April 2013}} 3. ^1 {{cite web|url=http://itrade.gov.il/china-en/2012/11/06/at-a-glance-qs-mark/|title=At a Glance: QS mark|date=November 6, 2012|publisher=Israel’s Trade Mission to China|accessdate=13 April 2013}} }} See also
