The Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority (RCAA, {{lang-rw|Ikigo cy'Igihugu gishinzwe iby'indege za gisiviri}}, {{lang-fr|Office Rwandais de l'Aviation Civile}}[1]) is the civil aviation authority of Rwanda. Its headquarters are at Kigali International Airport in Kigali.[2] The authority was established by Law No. 21/2004 of 10/08/2004,{{vague|October 8 or 10 August?|date=February 2017}} replacing the Rwanda Airport Authority, which had been established in 1986.
