}}Schoenobius irrorata is a moth in the family Crambidae. It was described by George Hampson in 1919.[1] It is found in Paraná, Brazil.[2] The wingspan is 12–16 mm. The forewings are ochreous, tinged with red brown and irrorated (speckled) with dark brown and with a brown costal edge. The subterminal line is brownish and the termen is more strongly tinged with brown. The hindwings are silvery white with a subterminal series of reddish-brown spots and a terminal series of more distinct spots.[3] References1. ^{{cite web |last=Nuss |first=M. |display-authors=etal |date=2003–2014 |url=http://globiz.pyraloidea.org/Pages/Reports/TaxonReport.aspx |title=GlobIZ search |website=Global Information System on Pyraloidea |accessdate=July 15, 2014}} {{Taxonbar|from=Q14321132}}{{Schoenobiinae-stub}}2. ^{{cite web |last=Savela |first=Markku |url=http://www.nic.funet.fi/pub/sci/bio/life/insecta/lepidoptera/ditrysia/pyraloidea/crambidae/schoenobiinae/schoenobius/#irrorata |title=Schoenobius irrorata (Hampson, 1919) |website=Lepidoptera and Some Other Life Forms |accessdate=March 2, 2018}} 3. ^[https://archive.org/stream/annalsmagazineof941919lond#page/320/mode/1up Annals and Magazine of Natural History (9) 4 (23): 320] 2 : Moths described in 1919|Schoenobiinae |
