释义 |
Sennowe Hall is a large house and estate located in north Norfolk, England. The clock tower, the house and the stables, all located in Sennowe Park, are Grade II* listed buildings. Sennowe House was originally a Georgian house built in 1774 for Edmond Wodhouse MP. It was subsequently owned by the Morse-Boycott family, who had it re-built by Decimus Burton. It then passed into ownership of the lighting engineer Bernard Le Neve Foster, and then the travel agent Thomas Cook. It is still owned by the Cook family. The hall was the main filming location Agatha Christie's Poirot episode The Tragedy at Marsdon Manor.[1] References1. ^Investigating Agatha Christie's Poirot External links
